How can I review a service accommodation?

Slovakia Booking promotes 100% authentic reviews directly from our patrons. Only customers with a valid completed booking and/or transaction to any of our listed business establishments are allowed to submit a review. This is to help ensure that all submitted and posted reviews are legitimate.

After completing your transaction, you should receive an email with a link to a review submission page for that particular business/service. Such page is also accessible through your Slovakia Booking account page. It will direct you to a review section with a list of establishments you’ve stayed at or used their services which are available to review.

Can I change my booking?

Making a change to your booking may incur a charge. Please check our policy regarding booking conditions as stated in your confirmation email.

If you want to change the dates of your booking, kindly open your account in Slovakia Booking. You will be guided with a step by step procedure on how to change your booking dates.

If you want to change your service provider (i.e., hotels, car rental, restaurants, and etc.), you must cancel your booking through your account. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent directly into your email.

All other requests, such as requesting an extra bed or having an additional traveler, must be traversed with Slovakia Booking’s management. Give us a call or use our online contact form page. We will get back to you shortly.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I use other mode of payment?

Yes. Slovakia Booking offers multiple convenient ways to pay. We cater transactions using PayPal, bank transfer, online bank transfer, ATM, local counter payments, and debit/credit cards. Choose from our wide selection of payment methods to which you are more comfortable using.

Many of our listed establishments and service providers let you pay in person upon check-in our service acquisition. However, these types of payment methods are subject to availability. You can know your eligibility for in-person payment as it will appear in your payment options upon booking.

Why can’t I make a booking using my credit card?

Slovakia Booking offers several payment methods for your convenience. If in case you’re using your credit or debit cards and the team could not authorize your payment transaction, please contact your bank or credit card company to check on the status of your account.

When can I get a confirmation email?

In most cases, our customers receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes of successfully booking a service or accommodation. If you haven’t received it after that time, kindly check your junk and/or spam folders. There are cases when confirmation emails have been directed to these folders due to some email filters.

Besides waiting for a confirmation email, you can always check your booking status online. Sign in to your Slovakia Booking account and select “My Bookings” from the menu.

How can I tell if a discount has been given?

Slovakia Booking offers special discounts, promo codes, offers & coupons. All promotional rates and other exciting activities will be sent directly to our client’s email, upon successfully subscribing to our newsletter.

Nonetheless, the company still announces these special rates on our website. Information regarding specific promotions is also displayed on the booking form.

Once you’ve booked a service and/or accommodation, your total payment fee will be automatically deducted with the discounts. Don’t worry; every booking form will have its corresponding payment breakdown for you to peruse.
